This man (Judge Matthew Sheets). Dismissed a case where a formed police official raped a 3 year old girl. When the girl was taken to the hospital the nurse said she was clearly sexually assaulted. They had forensic evidence. But the judge dismissed the case because she couldn’t clearly describe the sexual assault. The former police official burned the diapers she was wearing. When the father cussed the police official out as he was walking out of the courtroom the judge gave him a YEAR sentence in prison.
The prosecutor never called on the nurse who treated her for the sexual assault.
They forced a 4 year old girl to testify in open court in front of the police official who sexually assaulted her. This whole case is honestly disgusting and I really feel like this needs to be exposed.
